Course Overview

Many studies have found that public speaking is the number one fear amongst most people, outranking flying, snakes, insects, and even death. Ironically, it is also one of the skills that can make or break a person’s career. Your participants will be provided a strong set of skills that will complement their current presentation skill set.

This 10-week live video workshop workshop will give participants some presentation skills that will make speaking in public less terrifying and more enjoyable. This workshop includes topics that participants can look forward to including: creating a compelling program, using various types of visual aids, and engaging the audience.

  • Perform a needs analysis and prepare an outline
  • Select presentation delivery methods
  • Practice verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Knock down nervousness

Our Selling With Style ™ 4-week live video workshop is designed to help you and your team leverage your unique selling style to sharpen interactions and communications with prospects and customers alike. Using a hands-on approach, we’ll give your team the advantage over the competition by helping them understand their behavioral selling styles, as well as learning to recognize the buying behaviors of potential customers.

Research conducted by Target Training International, LTD. (TTI) has shown:

  1. People tend to buy from a sales person who has a behavioral style similar to their own.
  2.  Sales people tend to sell to customers who have behavioral style similar to their own.
  3.  Salespeople who are aware of their own behavioral style and learn to blend with their customer’s style are able to increase their sales.

It will provide you with information about what it takes to effectively market and sell yourself successfully to your target companies. This hands-on workshop allows you to explore new ways to strategically develop your own career transition. You will take away a solid plan and actionable tools for immediate use to get hired in the medical device industry.

Just like a professional athlete, the secret to success is practicing the fundamentals of your game.

There is no “secret” to getting hired to sell in the Medical Device industry. The only thing you need to do is focus on the basics.

However, if you are new to the industry or transitioning, you may be a little out of practice. As job opportunities become more available, what will you do to separate yourself from the competition?

During our 5 weeks together, you will learn to:

* Choose the best Medical Device product or subspecialty for you
* Strategically develop your medical device network
* Tap into the hidden job market using LinkedIn
* Create a winning resume that will get you interviews
* Overcome the lack of medical sales experience
* Close the interview with solid interviewing tips and strategies
* Includes a 60-minute private wrap-up coaching session

 

Workshop Dates & Times

This workshop is offered via live video-conference format with an instructor.

Video-conferences are live workshops that are given over the internet where you can interact with the instructor and the other students. Video-conferences are a great way to learn, because you can learn from the convenience of your home or office.

Telephone dial-in access is available. If you don’t have a camera and microphone on your computer, or you’ll be away from your computer during a class, you can dial into the class via telephone.

The live workshop sessions will be recorded, so if you miss a session, you will be able to download the video recording of the class and listen to it at your leisure. Class recordings are generally made available within 24 hours of the class.

All call recordings, workbook and resources are downloadable for later reference.

Although people often think of boardrooms, suits, and million dollar deals when they hear the word negotiation, the truth is that we negotiate all the time. Through this workshop participants will be able to understand the basic types of negotiations, the phases of negotiations, and the skills needed for successful negotiating.

This 10-week live video workshop will give you or your team a sense of understanding their opponent and have the confidence to not settle for less than they feel is fair. Your participants will learn that an atmosphere of respect is essential, as uneven negations could lead to problems in the future.
